Georges St. Pierre will get his first title defense since reclaiming the title against Matt Serra. This will take place at UFC 87: Seek and Destroy against number one contender Jon Fitch. This should be an interesting fight and an interesting card as Lesnar will be given another opponent and there could be another main event caliber fight added. Also, you have the super fight between Roger Huerta and Kenny Florian.

I think Fitch is better than Serra but Serra got owned when George was ready. Look at the competition St. Pierre has fought. Who has Fitch really fought? St. Pierre has beaten 4 title holders: BJ Penn, Matt Hughes 2X, Matt Serra (flukey and proven flukey) and Sean Sherk, former Lightweight champ. He dominated those fights against top-notch competition. On paper this isn’t even close. What is the Vegas line on this. Should be 3 or 4-1.
